The CrossFit – Endurance Program is tailored to members who are focusing the majority of their training efforts on preparation for upcoming races. This program provides members the necessary tools to build lean muscle and increase cardiovascular endurance while increasing lactate threshold. This is achieved through a mix of weight training, as well as running and cycling interval training. As endurance racing events such as triathlons, Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and adventure races gain popularity and take their place in the racing market; we feel that an endurance training program is integral to meeting the demand and necessity of those looking to be competitive in the world of endurance sports.
