The CrossFit – Fitness Program is our staple program for the majority of our members. This is a strength and conditioning class that allows new clients who have graduated from our CrossFit – Elements Program to ease their way into regular classes. This program also assists our established clients in obtaining their fitness goals. This is achieved by focusing on basic movements and strength training with limited risk. The use of little or no advanced/high skill movements greatly limits the risk of injury while still achieving our members’ goals. This also acts as an intermediate level for athletes who wish to progress into our CrossFit – Competitors Program. Our Fitness and Competitors Programs train side by side during classes; and contain similar movements and styles of workouts with slight alterations to achieve the specific goals of each training phase.
