The Olympic Weightlifting program runs twice a week and offers members the opportunity to focus solely on skill and technique in two Olympic lifts, the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch. These classes are 90 minutes long and are smaller in relation to regular classes. They are slightly longer than regular sessions with less time constrictions, allowing members to focus on movement without a time deadline. A high level of coaching is offered during these sessions because this program provides personalized assistance exercises to help each individual member.
