60 Thrusters (115/75)

30 CTB Pull-ups

15 Rope Climbs (Sub Rope Lowers)

*RX+ Thrusters (135/95) and 30 Bar Muscle-ups (sub for pull-ups)

*Level 2 – 95/65 and regular pull-ups

*Level 1 – 75/55 and ring rows

*All 3 team members complete 1 mile run together. Once run is completed, 1 person working at a time on the remainder of the movements, break them up as evenly as possible.

*If two partner team, both members complete run and 80/60/40/20/10
