19 Power Cleans, 135# / 95#

7 Strict Pull-ups

400m Run
*Level 2 – 115/75 and Banded Pull-ups

*Level 1 – 95/65 and Ring Rows

*Athlete Notes – 30-48 minute range. Power cleans should fall in the 50-60% range of 1RM even if able to clean (135/95). Modify pull-ups as needed to complete in small sets or quick singles throughout the entire workout
