3 Person Team WOD:
AMRAP 20 Minutes:
10 Front Squats (185/135)
20 Toes to Bar
30 Deadlifts (185/135)
*Give each partner numbers, 1, 2 and 3. Partner 1 begins with 400m Run while partners 2 and 3 work through AMRAP.
When partner 1 returns from run, partner 2 runs while partner 3 stays on AMRAP and so on throughout the WOD.
*Score is total number of rounds and reps completed.
