1 Mile Run

120 Burpees

90 Box Jumps (24/20)

60 Thrusters (115/75)

30 CTB Pull-ups

15 Rope Climbs (Sub Rope Lowers)

RX+ Thrusters (135/95) and 30 Bar Muscle-ups

*30 Minute Cap

*All 3 team members complete 1 mile run together. Once run is completed, 1 person working at a time on the remainder of the movements, break them up as evenly as possible, no one teammate should be completing the majority of reps on any single movement.
