*Level 2 – Banded Pull-ups, Push Press (95/65), KB Swings (45/30), Box Jumps (20/18)
*Level 1 – Ring Rows, Push Press (75/55), KB Swings (35/25), Box Jumps (18/12)
*Large classes, partner up on equipment, have one person stagger and start with the row, second person start at 2:00-3:00 minutes
