*RX+ 50 Double Unders

*Level 2 – 15 Double Unders, 115/75, no CTB Pull-ups

*Level 1 – 2:1 Singles, 95/65, Ring Rows

*Athlete Notes – 18-30 minute range. Double unders should be completed unbroken or in big sets, cut down as needed to reduce total. Weight should be something on both the power clean and jerk that you can complete in 2-3 sets max.
