*To begin the workout, and at every 5:00 minute mark (0:00, 5:00, 10:00, 15:00 and 20:00), both team members complete 10 synchro burpees.
*Both partners run 400m, split reps as evenly as possible with one person working at a time.
*RX+ Clean and Jerks (115/75)
*Level 2 – Knee Raises, Clean and Jerks (75/55), Box Jumps (20/18)
*Level 1 – 60 Sit-ups, Clean and Jerks (65/45), Box Jumps (18/12) or Step-ups
